1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and vbk33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the vbk33 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at vbk33.net. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By registering an account on vbk33, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using vbk33 and close any account you have registered. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of vbk33 is subject to the following eligibility conditions. vbk33 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use vbk33. By creating an account you warrant that you are 21 or older. vbk33 will request government-issued identity documents during KYC verification to confirm your date of birth.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law. vbk33 does not permit registrations by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities.
• You must not be accessing vbk33 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of vbk33 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of vbk33, nor an immediate family member of any such person, as these groups are excluded from participating in real-money gameplay and promotions.
• You must not have a self-excluded or permanently closed account on vbk33. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not create a new account during the self-exclusion period. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To place bets, make deposits, or access real-money games on vbk33, you must register a player account and successfully complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. vbk33 applies KYC verification in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices.

• Each player may hold only one account on vbk33. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or accidental — will be identified during KYC, merged or closed, and any bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false registration information is a serious breach of these Terms.
• KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document. For Bangladesh residents this is typically a National Identity Card (NID) — front and back — or a valid passport photo page. Documents must be clear, legible, and unexpired.
• vbk33 may request additional documentation at any stage, including proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vbk33 account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify vbk33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

vbk33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to give a reason. Approval of registration does not guarantee ongoing access, which remains subject to continued compliance with these Terms.

Key Player Obligations

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

vbk33 supports multiple deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for the Bangladesh market. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time. vbk33 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for KYC-verified accounts, subject to standard AML review. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal request falls outside standard transaction parameters.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to fund the account and that is registered in the same name as the vbk33 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• vbk33 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and request additional documentation if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Where such suspicion is confirmed, the withdrawal will be refused and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
• Currency conversion charges, if applicable, are applied at the rate set by your payment provider at the time of the transaction. vbk33 displays all balances in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

Dormant accounts — accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower. vbk33 will provide 30 days' written notice via registered email before applying any inactivity fee.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vbk33 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and the general conditions set out below:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of all associated bonuses and account termination.
• vbk33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before its wagering requirements are met, any bonus funds and winnings derived solely from that bonus will be forfeited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for a specific game and expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion.
• vbk33 may offer reload bonuses, cashback promotions, seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each such promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time of launch.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vbk33. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud, including providing false personal information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment instruments, or impersonating another person during registration or at any point during the use of the Platform.
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from criminal activity onto the Platform, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using vbk33 as a vehicle for the movement of illicit funds.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to fix the outcome of a game, share card information in live dealer games, or otherwise obtain an unfair advantage through cooperation with other participants.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, collect data, manipulate game outcomes, or access vbk33 in a manner not intended for human users.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in relation to a deposit that has already been used to place bets or access bonuses on vbk33. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Any conduct that vbk33 reasonably considers to constitute match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or the use of privileged information to gain an advantage on sports betting markets.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on vbk33 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of vbk33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on vbk33 is the exclusive property of vbk33 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use vbk33 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of vbk33 without the express written permission of vbk33. Unauthorised use terminates the licence granted herein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vbk33 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use vbk33.
• Loss arising from interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of service, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party service disruption, or force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, or civil unrest.
• Any loss resulting from a player's own decision to gamble, including gaming losses resulting from participation in any game or bet offered on vbk33. vbk33 does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no liability for gaming losses incurred by players.
• Loss arising from a player's reliance on information provided on vbk33, including odds, statistics, or promotional material, which is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

9. Responsible Gaming

vbk33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Once a self-exclusion is active, vbk33 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms. 10. Account Suspension & Termination

vbk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or termination:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited activities, providing false registration information, or failing to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse, collusion, or any activity that vbk33 considers may cause loss or harm to the Platform, other players, or third parties. Suspension under this clause allows vbk33 to conduct a full investigation before a final determination is made.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court order, or regulatory direction requiring vbk33 to freeze, suspend, or close an account. vbk33 will comply with all valid legal orders from competent authorities.
• A player's own written request for permanent account closure. Where a player requests permanent closure, vbk33 will process any eligible pending withdrawals before closing the account, provided all KYC and AML requirements are satisfied.

11. Amendments to These Terms

vbk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations as a player — vbk33 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning, or updates to contact information — may take effect immediately upon posting.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which vbk33 operates. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between a player and vbk33, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected] with a detailed description of the complaint and the resolution you are seeking.
